Junior golfers, get ready.

The registration for the United States (US) Kids Golf tour will open in late July or early August. Aspiring golfers between the age of five to 18 can compete in this tour organised by SportExcel for the first time in Malaysia from September to December. There will be six legs of the tour which will be held in golf courses around the Klang Valley. SportExcel had signed an agreement with US Kids Golf India Private Limited on Wednesday to gain the sole rights to organise the tour from this year to 2025. Golfers who excel in the tour have the opportunity to qualify for competitions in the US, including state and regional invitationals, and World Teen Championships. Those who impress could also earn scholarships to study and play in the US.
