Programmes

SportExcel operates two core programmes – the Elite Athlete Assistance Programme and the Malaysian Junior Circuits. Through these programmes, SportExcel provides assistance to the country’s most promising sportsmen and sportswomen. Moreover, as a member of the Asia Pacific Junior Golf Association (APJGA) since March 2016, Malaysian juniors an opportunity to pit their skills against other talent of quality within the Asia-Pacific region and expenses (accommodation, golf, internal transfers) are borne by the ‘Host’ countries. In lieu to creating a better financial standing (on top of those contributed by the Charter Members), SportExcel also organizes numerous fundraising events to drive its various programmes, especially with the growing number of junior circuits.

1. ELITE ATHLETE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
2. SPONSORED JUNIOR CIRCUIT PROGRAMMES
3. INT’L EXPOSURE JUNIOR GOLF (RECIPROCAL) PROGRAM 2015-2019
4. SPORTEXCEL FUNDRAISING GOLF 2019

Sponsors

SportExcel is always on the search for companies with a ‘heart for sport’ and a desire to experience the thrill of having an athlete (junior) on that road to excellence. As a Foundation for Malaysian Sporting excellence, SportExcel is always in need of funds to do much more for sports in Malaysia and in particular, junior development. At this point of time, SportExcel’s major source of funding is the contributions (cash/kind) from its Charter Members, but the increasing number of junior circuits has put much pressure on SportExcel’s funds. So, do join us and be a part of that push for change and excellence.
