Gavin Kyle Gabriel Green

SportExcel Grant Recipient For 4 Years
Gavin Kyle Gabriel Green, 30 was a SportExcel Grant Recipient for 4 years in a row (2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009). Gavin attended University of New Mexico where he won eight times and was a 3-time All-American and 2-time Mountain West Conference golfer of the year. He won three times on the Asian Development Tour, once in 2014 as an amateur and twice in 2016. Gavin qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics and finished in 47th place, and the 2020 Summer Olympics (tying for 57th place). Green also played on the Asian Tour in 2017 and was the runner-up in the Hero Indian Open, the Yeangder Heritage and the Shinhan Donghae Open before winning the (2017) Mercuries Taiwan Masters and leading the Order of Merit.

Datuk Dr. Nicol Ann David

8-time World Squash Champion
Datuk (Dr) Nicol Ann David held the title of World No 1 for an unprecedented nine consecutive years (from 2006 to 2015), won British Open title five times, reached her 151st successive month in the top 10 squash rankings in 2016 and was voted World Games’ Greatest Athlete of All Time in 2021. Since retiring from competitive squash in 2019, Datuk Nicol has been busy training young athletes through the Nicol David Organisation. In February 2022, Datuk Nicol was conferred an honorary degree by Heriot-Watt University Malaysia for her contribution to sport and her support of empowering lives through education, and with effect 17 May 2024, Datuk (Dr) Nicol Ann David began her five-year appointment as the Pro-Chancellor of Heriot-Watt University Malaysia.
Datuk Shalin Zulkifli

Throughout her amazing 28-year career with the national Tenpin Bowling team, Datuk Shalin Zulkifli had collected a whopping 74 international medals for the Malaysian Contingent to the Multi-Sport Games and under the jurisdiction of OCM, namely, SEA Games (20 Gold, 6 Silver, 2 Bronze), Asian Games (4 Gold, 2 Silver, 1 Bronze) and Commonwealth Games (1 Silver, 1 Bronze). The former Asian number one has also won three gold medals at the World Championships – 2003 (Malaysia), 2007 (Mexico) and 2017 (Los Vegas, USA). The Bowling Queen was awarded the OCM Coca-Cola Olympian of the Year for 1994 and 1999 in recognition of her achievements throughout her career and she was named (Malaysia) National Sportswoman five times (1994, 1996, 2001, 2002).
Nur Herman Majid
Track Hurdler
Former national hurdler Nur Herman Majid (55) is a Malaysian legend in 110m and 60m hurdles, having won six consecutive SEA Games gold medals from 1991 to 2001, a gold in the Asian Championships in 1991 and a bronze in the 1994 Asian Games in Hiroshima. He represented Malaysia at the 1992 Summer Olympics as well as two indoor and one outdoor World Championships. He received the Sportsman of the Year award in 1994
